职能描述：
1. 负责公司新老客户的直接销售，完成销售指标；
2. 开发新客户，主要涉及全国范围内汽车电子、工业控制、轨道交通、医疗器械、国防军工和航空航天等行业客户的软件研发部门；
3. 维护分配的现有客户，挖掘新的需求，提高客户满意度和业绩；
4. 销售公司产品和方案，并独立管理和跟进销售机会，包括产品推介、项目跟踪、商务洽谈、合同签订和回款等整个销售流程；
5. 与其它部门协作，包括技术、商务和财务部门等，统一为客户提供专业的服务；
6. 定期向主管详细汇报工作情况，并完成主管安排的其它相关工作；
7. 参与和协助相关市场活动；
8. 大约50%的出差。
能力要求：
1. 具有1年以上计算机软硬件相关销售经验，或2年以上软件研发经验；
2. 了解软件研发的基本原理或流程者优先；
3. 在汽车电子、轨道交通或国防军工等行业有客户资源者优先；
4. 本科或以上学历，计算机、自动化、汽车、电子电气或数学等相关专业毕业；
5. 基本的英文读写能力，要求CET4；
6. 良好的表达和沟通能力；
7. 做事细心，能在多任务工作要求下有条理地处理好日常事务；
8. 能适应短期出差。
Title：Account Manager
Job Description:
1. Direct sales to both new and existing customers, achieve the sales quota.
2. Develop new potential prospects in multiple industries by cold call, email or visiting, including industrial automation, railway, medical instrument, automotive, military, aerospace and electricity, etc.
3. Maintain and further develop the assigned existing customer to increase satisfaction and revenue.
4. Sell company products and solutions, and take full responsibility of the sales cycle, including products introduction, technical follow-up, business negotiation, signing contract, payment collection, etc.
5. Collaborate with other teams including technical team, business team and finance team to offer excellent and timely support to customers.
6. Constantly report to supervisor, including sales forecast, revenue and cases progress and status. And also accomplish other related tasks assigned by supervisor.
7. Participate and assist some related marketing activities.
Job Requirement:
1. 1+ years’sales experience in computer related field, or 2+ years’technical experience of computer software.
2. Baisc understanding of computer software development technologies or process is preferred.
3. Accounts resource in the industries of defense, avionics, railway or automotive etc. is preferred.
4. Bachelor degree or above in computer science, automation, automotive, EE or mathematics related majors.
5. Sound written English, CET4 is must.
6. Excellent presentation and communication skills.
7. Detailed oriented, ability of making daily multiple tasks organized.
8. Willing to travel short-term.
